Santa at Leesburg Foodbank

Today Santa was at the Leesburg foodbank. We have been going there since 1994 and have missed two years when we have been away at this time of year.

These are the really needy people who need lots and lots of help. Times are especially tough for many this year. The turn out was overpowering. Some folks had been in line since yesterday awaiting food and toys for the kiddies.

Fortunately there were lots of volunteers and we did not run out of food or gifts for the kids.

It gets more rewarding every year. We think that all told we have been helping the real Santa for about 24 years.
